Michelle Polidoro has always had a passion for helping others. She became a nurse in 1989, embarking on her journey to heal people both physically and emotionally. In April of 2021, Michelle faced the sudden and tragic loss of her mother, which plunged her into a very dark place for the first time. While she knew that medications could assist with her depression, Michelle believed in exploring a more holistic way to heal herself. Having experienced the benefits of Reiki in the past, she felt that this natural spiritual healing method could alleviate the deep pain of losing her mother. In April of 2022, Michelle achieved her goal of becoming a Reiki Master through the International Center for Reiki Training, where the focus is on Usui Reiki, named after its founder Mikao Usui. This journey has empowered Michelle to continue her mission of helping others heal physically and emotionally through the transformative practice of Reiki. In her free time, she enjoys hiking mountains and camping with her husband and family.
